Can I nominate a platform instead of a specific character?
Yes. You can nominate an entire platform (like Replika or Character.AI) or a specific AI character you have interacted with. Just include the relevant URL in your submission.
Do I need to share personal information?
We only ask for your email so we can follow up if needed. Your email is never published or shared. All other fields are optional or focused on the nominee, not you.
What counts as "made in 2025"?
We consider any AI companion that was publicly available during 2025. This includes platforms that launched earlier but had significant updates or new features this year.
Is this safe for work?
Our awards and all public content are SFW. We evaluate platforms based on technical quality, not explicit content. All nominees must be 18+ compliant platforms.
What if I am embarrassed to nominate?
We get it. AI companionship is a personal topic. Your nomination is completely private. We never publish nominator names or emails, and your submission is only seen by our review team.
How do you judge image and video quality?
We use a standardized rubric that scores realism, consistency, expression range, and technical artifacts. For video, we also evaluate smoothness, lip sync accuracy, and stability over longer clips.
Will you publish my email?
No. Your email is used only for follow-up questions about your nomination. We do not publish, sell, or share your contact information.
When do nominations close?
Nominations are open through early 2026. We will announce the exact closing date on our homepage and social channels. Get your nominations in early to ensure they are considered.
Can I nominate more than one AI companion?
Absolutely. If you have used multiple platforms and think they each deserve recognition, submit a separate nomination for each one. There is no limit.
What happens after I submit?
Your nomination enters our review queue. If the platform qualifies, we add it to our testing list. You may receive a follow-up email if we have questions. Otherwise, watch for our final results announcement.
Are self-nominations allowed?
Yes. If you built or work on an AI companion platform, you are welcome to nominate it. Just be transparent in your submission about your relationship to the product.
